MIDDLETOWN, Ohio - A man who is a convicted sex offender now has another charge on his record.

A Butler County grand jury indicted Michael Hamblin on a charge of public indecency in Middletown.

Hamblin was released from prison in January after serving three years in prison for enticing children at a local park.

His criminal history led to the adoption of Nicole's Law in Ohio, which strengthened penalties for repeat sex offenders.
