A Middletown man was indicted Wednesday for having sexually-oriented material that involved a minor.
A Butler County grand jury indicted 25-year-old Ryan Stewart, of Middletown, on six counts of pandering sexually-oriented material involving a minor.
The incident involving the material allegedly happened in October of 2011.
The grand jury report did not list what the charges specifically related to.
Stewart is scheduled to be arraigned on Sept. 11.
