CINCINNATI - A Cincinnati man has been indicted for allegedly having improper sexual conduct and contact with a minor under the age of 13 in Warren County.
Warren County court records show 51-year-old Denny Rosenbalm allegedly committed the crimes between December 2003 and September 2009.
Rosenbalm is charged with gross sexual imposition.
The details of the alleged contact and conduct have not been released.
A court date has not yet been set for Rosenbalm.
