BUTLERVILLE, Ohio - A man is dead after a single ATV crash in Warren County.
Ohio State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred around 1:15 a.m. Sunday morning at the intersection of Walnut and Fourth streets in Butlerville.
Troopers say Steven Cullen, 30, of Clarksville, was traveling east on Walnut Street on an ATV vehicle when he lost control while attempting to turn left onto Fourth Street.
The ATV rolled over and Cullen was thrown from the vehicle before it partially landed on top of him.
He was pronounced dead at the scene by the Warren County coroner.
Troopers say alcohol does appear to be a factor in the crash along with failure to wear a safety helmet.
The crash remains under investigation.
