LIBERTY TWP., Ohio - More than 400 international, privately owned nativity sets will be on display at the annual Spirit of Christmas: Nativity Exhibits and Music event held Saturday and Sunday in Liberty Township.
The community event at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at 7118 Dutchland Parkway in Liberty Township, Ohio is free and open to the public.
Throughout the event, visitors will be able to browse through hundreds of international, privately owned nativity sets in areas such as the White Room, Miniatures and Crèches from Around the World.
Families will also be able to dress up in period clothing for a holiday photo that they can share with friends and family.
The event will run on Saturday from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m., and Sunday from noon until 6:30 p.m.
In addition to the nativity exhibit, the event will feature several live performances and a Messiah Sing-In, in which the audience will serve as the chorus for Handel’s Messiah. The Sing-in is scheduled for Sunday, Dec. 2 at 5 p.m. and will be conducted by David Donovan, music director and conductor of the Lebanon Symphony Orchestra.
