Mason man, 83, sentenced to prison for sex offenses

LEBANON, Ohio (AP) - Authorities in southern Ohio say an 83-year-old man has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for a series of sex offenses against children dating back to 1984.
Warren County Prosecutor David P. Fornshell said Albert Moore pleaded guilty Tuesday to two counts of rape and one count of gross sexual imposition involving three separate victims. Fornshell said all the victims were acquainted with Moore and were under 13 at the time of the offenses.
Moore, who lives in Mason near Cincinnati, was indicted by the county grand jury in June for alleged crimes that occurred from 1984 through 2008.
