Man gets 10 years in rape of disabled woman in Hamilton

HAMILTON, Ohio (AP) - A judge has sentenced a 53-year-old man to 10 years in prison after he admitted raping a young developmentally disabled woman.
Michael Butcher was sentenced Wednesday after previously pleading guilty to one count of rape as part of a plea agreement, according to reports.
Butcher briefly apologized to the father of the 21-year-old victim in court Wednesday. His attorney said he's taken responsibility for the crime.
When he gets out of prison, Butcher will be classified a sex offender for the rest of his life.
