Possible drowning in closed pool

DEERFIELD TWP., Ohio - A woman is dead after a possible drowning in a Warren County pool that was closed late Thursday night.
Paramedics were called to the pool at the Landen Apartment Complex on Orchard Lane in Deerfield Township around 11:30 p.m.
Police say the woman's roommate discovered her unresponsive in the pool and summoned other residents for assistance to pull her out. That pool had closed at 10 p.m.
The woman was taken to Bethesda North Hospital and pronounced dead on arrival.
The victim has not been identified, but is described as a 54-year-old woman from Maineville.
Her body was taken to the Coroner's Office to determine the official cause of death.
