Warren County Sheriff's Office: Man raped toddler he was babysitting

DEERFIELD TWP., Ohio - The Warren County Sheriff's Office says a man has been arrested for raping a 3-year-old girl he was babysitting in Deerfield Township.
The sheriff's office says Alejandro Vasquez-Camargo, 23, raped the toddler on Thursday.
The girl told her parents about the alleged assault and the sheriff's office was then notified by Children's Hospital, according to the sheriff's office.
Vasquez-Camargo, who is in the country illegally and related to the victim, was arrested Friday morning, according to the sheriff's office.
He is charged with rape and gross sexual imposition and is currently being held at the Warren County Jail.
After the sheriff's office notified federal authorities, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) placed an immigration holder on Vasquez-Camargo.
