DAYTON, Ohio - An Endangered Missing Adult Alert has been issued statewide for an 81-year-old Dayton, Ohio man who suffers from dementia.

Police are searching for Clarence Madison, 81, who was last seen Wednesday around noon at his residence on Gondert Avenue in Dayton, Ohio.

Madison suffers from dementia, as well as several other medical conditions that require medications that he is not believed to have with him.

He is 6-foot tall and weighs approximately 210 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes.

Madison is believed to be driving a 1995 green Oldsmobile Regency with the Ohio license plate '493XIN.'
