Police: Store clerk admits to role in United Dairy Farmers (UDF) robbery in Warren County

MAINEVILLE, Ohio - Two men were arrested in connection with a robbery at the United Dairy Farmers in Warren County.

Police say the incident happened in the 2600 block of West 22/3 Street on Tuesday.

A store clerk reported a theft at the UDF and said he was robbed at knife point. The clerk said the suspect fled on foot with an undetermined amount of cash.

Upon investigation police say the clerk admitted the suspect was his roommate and he informed the suspect of the store's layout and told him what time to commit the robbery.

Police arrested Zachary Roberts of Maineville for aggravated robbery and Tyler Madden of Maineville for complicity to commit aggravated robbery.

Roberts and Madden were charged in the Mason Municipal Court and placed in the Warren County Jail.

Police say the money and the knife were recovered during the investigation.
