SHARONVILLE, Ohio - The Sharonville Convention Center kicked off its 2013 job fair season Thursday.
The event, which was held from 10 a.m.- 2 p.m., featured more than 30 local companies that anticipated hiring new employees in the near-future.
Organized by JobNewsCincy .com, the job fair had more than 1,000 positions being recruited for in the health care, manufacturing, sales, customer service, retail and transportation sectors, among others.
The Sharonville Convention Center is located at 11355 Chester Road.
Mercy Health was the event's primary sponsor.
Companies participating at the event included Aflac, Aldi, Antonelli College, Beckfield College, Brown Mackie, Burger King, Empire Today, Express Scripts, FedEx Ground, Helping Hands, Medpace, the Ohio Army National Guard, Pinnacle Staffing, Prudential, Scherzinger Pest Control, Star Tek, Time Warner Cable, U.S. Bank and Waffle House.
