DILLSBORO, Ind. - An Indiana man was arrested Tuesday afternoon in connection with an advertisement on Craigslist for a "moonshine still."

Police say they received an anonymous tip about an advertisement on Craigslist for a "moonshine still," a five gallon bucket, 20 liter pot, copper wiring, air locks and a tester all for $150.

Under Indiana law it is illegal for an individual to have in possession or unlawful possession of a distilling apparatus for the manufacture of liquor.

The Feb. 2 ad was traced to Curtis. A. McNutt Jr., 30, of Dillsboro, who was arrested on a preliminary charge for possession of a distilling apparatus for the manufacture of liquor, which is a misdemeanor.

No other details are available at this time.
