VEVAY, Ind. - When SuperValu closed in early 2012, the small Indiana community of Vevay in Switzerland County lost its only grocery store.

On Saturday, CashSaver Cost Plus Food Outlet celebrated its grand opening. It means residents will no longer have to drive out of town to get their groceries.

Vevay Town Councilman Josh South tells 9 News the store has created nearly 50 full and part-time jobs.
