Driver strikes pedestrian in Dearborn Co., flees scene

LAWRENCEBURG, Ind. - Officials are searching for a driver who hit a person walking in Dearborn County Wednesday morning.
A pedestrian was struck at the intersection of US 50 and Front Street in Lawrenceburg, Ind., at about 8:45 a.m. Officials have not released information about the victim’s condition at this time.
The driver of the vehicle fled the scene after the accident. Authorities have not released any information about the vehicle’s description.
