UNION TWP., Ohio - A big part of the deal to bring a new Jungle Jim's store to the Tri-State is done.
The $7.5 million property deal has officially gone through.
The second location is planned for the old Bigg's hypermarket in Union Township.
Union Township bought Bigg's Place Mall and has a lease-purchase deal with Jungle Jim's.
After renovations, the new store is scheduled to open a year from now.
