UNION TOWNSHIP, Ohio - Two men are in custody in Union Township on charges that they robbed a gas station Friday morning.

Officials say Dustin Kozerski, 21, and Logan Bagley, 18, both of Amelia, robbed the Circle K station at 902 Ohio Pike at about 5:30 a.m. and fled the store with an undetermined amount of cash and merchandise.

Police viewed surveillance tape from the gas station and later found two men who fit the description of those seen in the video footage. Detectives approached the men, and one began to flee upon questioning from the officers. That man, who detectives identified as Kozerski, allegedly assaulted an officer while being arrested.

Kozerski was charged with aggravated robbery, assault on a police officer and resisting arrest. Bagley faces charges of aggravated robbery and obstructing official business.
