Rx drugs taken in Walgreens robbery

SYCAMORE TOWNSHIP, Ohio - Hamilton County Sheriff's Deputies are searching for the man they say robbed a Walgreens pharmacy.

At about 4:30 Saturday morning, deputies say the suspect walked into the Walgreens in the 4000 block of East Galbraith Road in Sycamore Township and passed the pharmacist a note.

The suspect's note stated that he had a gun and wanted prescription medication. He is described as a white male in his 20s about 5 feet 8 inches tall to 5 feet 10 inches tall with a medium build. He was last seen wearing a green and blue flannel shirt, blue jeans and a green ball cap.

He left on foot in an unknown direction.

A K9 unit was called to the scene but did not find the suspect. None of the employees working at the time of the robbery were hurt.
