CINCINNATI - Crews battled a third fire in less than six months at an Oakley business early Tuesday morning.
A fire broke out at RockTenn Paper Company in the 3300 block of Madison Road at about 4 a.m. The fire is just one of several at the business' location after crews battled flames at RockTenn in September and December 2012.
On Tuesday, officials responded to the fire to find the flames had reached the roof area and extended beyond the vents and into the roof decking of the one-story paper plant. No one was in the building at the time of the fire and there were no injuries, according to fire officials.
Debris in the vents caused the fire, said Cincinnati Fire Chief Guy Frazier in a news release. The blaze caused $10,000 in damage, he added in the release.
RockTenn delivers low-cost, high-value paperboard, packaging and marketing solutions, according to its website .
