CINCINNATI - A Madisonville man is in jail accused of fatally running over his own brother Saturday night.
Police were called to the 4800 block of Whetsel Avenue around 10 p.m. for a report of a man who had been struck by a car in a rear parking lot.
Theodore Lavizzo, 57, was taken to University Hospital where he died from his injuries. Lavizzo's brother, 46-year-old Kelvin Lavizzo, was arrested at the scene and has been charged with murder.
Police have not released any new details in the incident.
A judge set Kelvin's bond at $1 million during a court hearing Monday morning.
