Police have issued a warning for female joggers in the Hyde Park and Oakley areas.

Police say there's a flasher on the loose in Hyde Park and down the road in Oakley, and he's targeting women jogging in the early morning hours.

This isn't the first time this has been reported either.

Last year, 9 News reported about similar incidents in the same area .

There have been two reports of a man exposing himself, with one on Tuesday and one Wednesday, between 5 a.m. and 6 a.m.

One incident was in the 3500 block of Paxton Avenue, and the other in the 3700 block of Madison Road.

Police describe the suspect as a black male in his late 20s or early 30s, with a medium build and usually wears something on his head, possibly a bandana.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 513-352-3040.
