CINCINNATI - Police have now released a composite sketch of the man they say is responsible for a number of "flashing" incidents in the Hyde Park and Oakley areas.

Back in September, several women went to police to report a man who exposed himself on two different occasion in the early morning hours.

One incident was reported in in the 3500 block of Paxton Avenue, and the other in the 3700 block of Madison Road.

One woman also said the man groped her.

Police describe the suspect as a black male in his late 20s or early 30s, with a medium build and usually wears something on his head, possibly a bandana.

Similar incidents were also reported last year but a suspect has never been caught.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (513) 352-3040.
