CINCINNATI - The trial set to begin Monday for the man accused of a series of flashing incidents in the Hyde Park area more than a year ago has been continued.
Darnell Dukes was scheduled to appear in a Hamilton County courtroom Monday after he pleaded not guilty to six counts of public indecency in January. The 35-year-old turned himself in but has changed his story since his January confession to exposing himself in the Hyde Park and Oakley communities between August 2011 and October 2011.
In January, Hamilton County Judge Tyrone Yates denied Dukes’ request for a lower bond. He is being held on $30,000 bond.
Duke’s jury trial was continued until Feb. 11.
