ANDERSON TWP, Ohio - An Anderson Township trustee has been arrested after a complaint that he exposed himself to a woman in May.
Kevin O’Brien, 55, was taken into custody Monday and was charged with three counts of indecent exposure, all of which stem from a May 13 incident during which O’Brien allegedly exposed himself to a woman. The alleged victim filed the complaint June 8.
Police arrested O’Brien, who has been a trustee for two years, at about 8:30 a.m. Monday in the 7900 block of Hopper Road in Anderson Township, where he lives. He was taken to the Hamilton County Justice Center.
All three public indecency counts are misdemeanors.
Officials have not released any additional details at this time.
