PIERCE TOWNSHIP, Ohio - Police have made an arrest in connection with a robbery that took place at the Kemba Credit Union in Pierce Township on Monday.

The Pierce Township Police Department arrested Christopher G. Brown, 34, Wednesday at the Red Roof Inn located on Mount Carmel Tobasco Road. He is being charged with one count of robbery.

The robbery took place around 4 p.m. Monday in the 1100 block of Ohio Pike. Police say the suspect fled the bank with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Information on how police were led to Brown was not released.

Brown is being held at the Clermont County Jail.
