CINCINNATI - Cincinnati police have identified the driver of a vehicle involved in a hit-skip crash on I-71 that resulted in the death of a pedestrian early Sunday morning.

A 21-year-old woman was traveling northbound in a 2002 Oldsmobile Intrigue when she struck Christopher Walker, 21, as he was attempting to cross I-71 at the 3.3 mile post at 2 a.m., according to a press release from the Cincinnati Police Department. Police say the woman continued driving after striking Walker.

Police eventually caught up with the driver.
