Suspected illegal immigrant at center of restaurant indecency arrest, DUI charge

SPRINGDALE, Ohio - A man exposed himself in front of a family and urinated in the parking lot at a Perkins restaurant, according to police in Springdale.

Martin Sebastian, 37, has a listed address in Springdale, but police say he is a native of Guatemala and may be in the country illegaly.

According to court documents, it appears Sebastian gave police a false name and birthdate during his arrest.

Police were called to the Perkins at 370 Glensprings Drive at 5 p.m. yesterday. Police say in addition the indecent exposure, he was drunk behind the wheel of his 2002 Chevy Blazer. A breath test revealed him to be at .213, more than two times the legal limit.

Sebastian is charged with public indecency, DUI and driving without a valid license. Immigration officials have been notified of his arrest.
