Police use Taser on OTR robbery suspect

CINCINNATI - A robbery suspect is in a local hospital after a police officer used a Taser on him in Over-the-Rhine early Tuesday morning.
The man attempted to rob Leaders Furniture, 130 West Elder Street at about 4:10 a.m. Officials caught up with the suspect, whose name has not yet been released, and deployed to Taser to subdue him.
Police arrested the suspect and emergency crews transported him to an area hospital. The man will face charges once he is released.
Authorities have not released any additional information about this time.
