CINCINNATI - A man wanted in connection to a Cincinnati shooting that killed one man and wounded another is in police custody.

Cincinnati police say Virgil Amison was apprehended in Houston, Texas on Wednesday.

Amison is accused of shooting two men inside an apartment on Walnut Street in Over-the-Rhine on July 18.

Theodore Palmer, 30, died from his injuries. The other victim, who is not being identified, suffered non life-threatening injuries.
