Timothy J. Linville of Mainville is set to appear in court for trying to steal copper from a Lockland home.
Police arrested Linville on Friday after he tried to use a hack saw to remove copper from a home off of South Cooper Avenue.
Linville is charged with trespassing, vandalism and possessing criminal tools. He is set to appear in Hamilton County Municipal Court at 9 a.m. Saturday.
