LOCKLAND, Ohio - Lockland police are searching for a teenager wanted in connection for a Dec. 9 shooting and robbery.
On Friday a Hamilton County grand jury indicted Joshua Gunn, 19, of Lincoln Heights, on eight charges stemming from his attempt to rob a Lockland merchant.
Gunn is facing counts of aggravated robbery, robbery, having a weapon under disability and five counts of felonious assault.
The indictment alleges that Gunn fired shots at three people, who are only named by the initials F.S., D.M. and C.H.
One of the robbery victims had a conceal carry permit, drew his weapon and returned fire. He claimed self-defense and was not charged.
