CINCINNATI - A man considered a serial drunk driver was arrested again Tuesday night for the same crime.

Police pulled over Clint Power, a 32-year-old Burlington resident, on Vine Street downtown Tuesday night and charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol. Power has prior OVI convictions in 2005, 2006 and 2007, according to Cincinnati police.

Officials say they saw Power drive left of center and they then pulled him over.

Despite his past convictions, it appears Power did have a valid drivers license, according to court records.

As of Wednesday morning, Power was jailed at the Hamilton County Justice Center.

Authorities have not released any additional details at this time.
