CINCINNATI - Two officers for the Cincinnati College Preparatory Academy charter school missed their arraignment Friday morning.
Superintendent Dr. Lisa Hamm and treasurer Stephanie Millard have been indicted on 26 counts of theft in office, unauthorized use of property and tampering.
Their attorney, Michael Allen, said the pair was never notified of the court appearance, and have gotten the arraignment continued until next Friday.
Allen said they just received a judge's signature to cancel an arrest warrant that had been issued.
