CINCINNATI - Some lucky Tri-State residents will get to experience the Red Carpet treatment of the Academy Awards right here in the Tri-State at the 2011 Oscar Night America.
The 14th annual black tie affair sponsored by People Working Cooperatively and Humana is the only official Oscar night watch party in the Tri-State. It runs from 5:30 p.m. until Midnight at the Cincinnati Hilton Netherland Plaza. Channel 9's Hagit Limor and Steve Raleigh will serve as emcees for Oscar Night America.
This year's theme is Fantasy and Fairytales. The event benefits People Working Cooperatively and their mission to provide critical home repair services to low-income households.
The Oscar watch party is one of only 52 sanctioned Oscar watch parties in the country. The even includes cocktails, live entertainment, appetizers and a three-course meal.
Guest will have the chance to participate in live and silent auctions and giveaways that includes a $5,000 prize.
Tickets are $150.00 dollars.
