CINCINNATI - With the help of the Stray Animal Adoption Program, 9 News introduces you to pets in the Tri-State that are in need of loving homes.
On this segment of Pet Pals, we introduce you to two puppies in need of a home. Following our segment the president of the Stray Animal Adoption Program (SAAP) reached out to say one of the featured puppies will be held back from adoptions until she receives some behavior training.
