CINCINNATI - A new Cincinnati lager house is looking to hire more than 200 employees at a career fair next week.
The Moerlein Lager House , which will open at Riverfront Park Feb. 27, is looking for qualified Tri-State residents to help staff the micro-brewery/gastro-pub when it opens. The lager house is hosting a career fair Jan. 12 though Jan. 14 to find servers, bartenders, hosts, cooks, dishwashers and bussers, according to a news release.
“Our goal for this exciting career fair is to fill all front and back of the house positions for the new Moerlein Lager House,” said General Manager Rob Gannaway in the release. “We are seeking exceptional individuals to become a part of a dynamic team committed to providing our guests with world class experiences every time they step through our doors.”
The Moerlein Lager House will offer 19th century-inspired cuisine and a wide selection of beers including craft brews and more than 100 international beers.
The career fair will take place at 120 E. Freedom Way from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday and Friday as well as from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday. Managers and human resources personnel will be at the career fair to accept completed applications, do interviews and answer questions.
