CINCINNATI - First Lady Michelle Obama is campaigning in Cincinnati for her husband's re-election. She arrived in downtown Cincinnati around 1 p.m. Thursday, where road closures and detours can be expected throughout the afternoon.
The visit begins with a private fundraiser at the Westin Hotel in downtown Cincinnati located at 21 E. 5th Street.
Tickets were a variety of prices starting at $250 and costing up to $10,000 for a meet-and-greet and photo opportunity with the First Lady.
Just this week, democratic volunteers opened an Obama campaign office in East Walnut Hills . Volunteers tell 9 News the office will be open seven days a week until election day.
