CINCINNATI - Friday morning marks the start of a new life for 13 children in Hamilton Country.
The county's sixth annual mass adoption ceremony is Friday morning at the William Howard Taft Center downtown.
The ceremony serves as a reminder of the children who still need a home and those who have been adopted to loving families. There are 190 children available for adoption in the county.
9 News visited the Winkler family in Price Hill. Joseph and Carolyn have been foster parents for 32 years opening their doors to 145 children. Now they are working to adopt a group of seven siblings. The Winklers say this is the third chapter in their lives. They raised four biological children before becoming foster parents.
