CINCINNATI - Friday morning marks the start of a new life for 13 children in Hamilton Country.

The county's sixth annual mass adoption ceremony is Friday morning at the William Howard Taft Center downtown.

The ceremony serves as a reminder of the children who still need a home and those who have been adopted to loving families. There are 190 children available for adoption in the county.

9 News visited the Winkler family in Price Hill. Joseph and Carolyn have been foster parents for 32 years opening their doors to 145 children. Now they are working to adopt a group of seven siblings. The Winklers say this is the third chapter in their lives. They raised four biological children before becoming foster parents.

You can watch the adoption ceremony online by clicking here or by going to www.hcjfs.hamilton-co.org/ . The ceremony starts at 9 a.m.
