CINCINNATI - 9 News talks with a local dentist who offers to buy back the candy collected on Halloween.
Rogers Family Dentistry is giving out $1 for every pound of candy collected Thursday, Nov. 1 at 8284 Beechmont Avenue. The candy that is collected will be shipped to troops serving overseas.
The candy buy-back event will go from 3 p.m . until 6 p.m .
The dentist says visiting a dental professional twice a year and daily brushing are great preventative measures, but doing away with excess sweets altogether can give your teeth a healthy boost.
