Local author writes about bullying in children's book

CINCINNATI - Bullying is a growing problem in schools across the country, but a local author and artist are hoping to bring it to an end.

"TWIGS and the Bully" is a children's book written by Dennis Charlton, with illustrations by Steve Fine.
    
It is a book about a young boy and friends who are challenged by a school bully.

The book is written for an age group of 4 to 9 years old.

At the end of the book, there are questions designed to seek out possible problems that a child may have kept secret.

Charlton and Fine will talk about the book in-depth Monday on  9 News at noon.
