CINCINNATI -
A 911 call reporting that a man was found dead in a restroom at the downtown public library turned out be false, Cincinnati police said.
When police and emergency crews responded, they found a man alive but unresponsive. The man, 49, was transported to University of Cincinnati Medical Center.
