CINCINNATI - An Anderson Township trustee's trial was continued for three misdemeanor counts of public indecency.

Kevin O'Brien is facing possible jail time after being charged with three misdemeanor counts of public indecency.

O'Brien is accused of exposing himself to a woman in her car last May. Police say the incident happened while the woman was giving O'Brien a ride home from a party.

In July, O'Brien pleaded not guilty to the charges.

He's currently out of jail on bond.

O'Brien's trial was continued until Jan. 8 because of legal issues involving the statute.
