Man shot in Corryville attempted robbery

CINCINNATI - A person was shot in what was described as an attempted robbery in Corryville late Thursday night.
The shooting happened just before 12 a.m. on Burnet Avenue.
Police say the victim told them he was shot when two men tried to rob him.
Officers caught up with the two suspects blocks away at Eden and Oak streets and began to pursue them on foot.
Officers were able to apprehend one suspect and the second suspect was caught with the help of a police K-9.
The shooting victim is in stable condition. His identity has not been released.
The names of the suspects involved in the shooting have also not been released.
