Computer recycling for Hamilton County residents

HAMILTON CO., Ohio - The Hamilton County Solid Waste Management District is collecting old computers, computer equipment and televisions starting Tuesday.

All Hamilton County residents can bring their old computer equipment and televisions to 2trg at 11085 Kenwood Road in Blue Ash.  The hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. 

Residents must bring some proof of Hamilton County residency, like a utility bill or a driver's license. The collection is only for residents and will not accept donations from businesses, churches, schools, and non-profit organizations.

Some of the acceptable items are CPUs, hard drives, copiers, computer monitors, scanners, cell phones, televisions, VCR and DVD  players, cables, fax machines, PDAs, chips, keyboards, modems, computer speakers and laptops.
