AVONDALE, Ohio - An Avondale man is behind bars after being charged with having sexual conduct with a 13-year-old.
Police arrested 29-year-old Gerald Lester on Saturday without incident. He is charged with one count of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. That is a felony of the third degree.
Court documents obtained by 9 On Your Side indicate Lester engaged in sexual conduct with the victim around Dec. 1, 2012.
The victim is now 14.
Lester is behind bars at the Hamilton County Justice Center. He is scheduled to appear in court Monday morning.
