FRANKLIN, Ind. - A man asked two girls for directions and then exposed himself in Franklin, police said.

The girls were walking near Main Street and U.S. 31 just before 7 p.m. Friday when a man in a gray car asked them for directions to Oakleaf, the Daily Journal reported.

When the girls approached the car, they said they realized that the man wasn't wearing any pants and that they could see his genitals, police said.

The girls left the vehicle and the man drove north on Main Street.

Investigators said the girls described the man as black, 30 to 40 years old, with long dreadlocks and facial hair, driving a gray sedan, possibly a Mercedez-Benz.
