NORWALK, Ohio - A Lakewood woman was arrested twice for operating a vehicle under the influence within three hours.

Norwalk police said Sophia T. Kiriakoudis, 31, was stopped on Saturday at about 11:18 p.m. for driving at a high rate of speed. Officers also noticed that she was driving erratically and that the vehicle did not have a license plate light.

According to police, Kiriakoudis refused a breathalyzer test and was charged with OVI.

She was turned over to a sober person, but just two and a half hours later, officers stopped her again. For the second time, she refused to take a breath test and was charged with OVI,  according to police. This time, she was taken to jail, but she later bonded out.

Norwalk police said Kiriakoudis has three previous OVI convictions in 1999, 2001 and 2002.
