An 81-year-old woman is the star of a new video that's sweeping the Internet.
She went skydiving for her 80th birthday -- but she got more excitement than she bargained for.
Last May, Laverne Everett chose to go skydiving. It was something she wanted to do for at least 10 years, she told the Today Show in an exclusive interview Tuesday.
But the jump didn't go as planned, and her sister posted the video on YouTube.
In the video, Laverne almost falls out of the harness and holds on for her life.
