A controversial mannequin used to promote a Reading restaurant will be the topic of a hearing Wednesday night.

The owner of K-T's Barbecue could learn if he'll be allowed to keep a busty mannequin outside to promote his restaurant.

After “Bar-be-Q” gained national attention, someone complained to city zoning inspectors and the restaurant was cited for a possible zoning violation.

A five-person panel will decide if the mannequin meets the standards of the city zoning code.

The restaurant's owner says Bar-be-Q will also be attending the hearing.
