A 72-year-old grandfather who models for his granddaughter's boutique in China is taking the world of fashion by storm.

It all began when Liu Xianping tried on a piece of clothing to help give advice on what his granddaughter should mix and match for her up and coming store, Yuekou , as ABC News reports . The idea blossomed from there and Xianping is making his way as an Internet sensation.

“Why [is it] unacceptable for someone like me to wear women’s clothes? Modeling for the store is helping my granddaughter and I have nothing to lose,” Xianping told Chinese Newsweek.

Having your grandfather model clothes for your company may seem like a major fashion faux pas, but Xianping has helped increase Yuekou's sales five-fold.

Needless to say, Xianping also meets the requirements of a traditional IT-girl with his petite frame and sense of style.

His granddaughter started the boutique with four college friends, which is geared to teen girls in China.
